Performance Characteristics
The IOT intelligent parking lock control system is designed with the internationally advanced ARM hard core and freertos system, so that the product's working performance, calculation, management and communication can achieve the best effect.
The IOT intelligent parking lock adopts digital angle measurement technology to achieve 360 degree accurate measurement and control of the lock swing arm.
The IOT intelligent parking lock adopts geomagnetic measurement technology and core algorithm to detect the status of vehicles locked in the parking space in real time and realize automatic lock up without vehicles (this function is optional, which can be switched on and off by opening the mobile phone Bluetooth and WeChat search applet "Device Management Debugging Assistant" Bluetooth debugging tool).
The RG red and green high-efficiency power saving LED lights flash and alarm. When the lifting process is blocked or the battery is out of power, it flashes continuously and emits a beep (if you want to save this power, you can also switch it on and off by turning on the mobile phone Bluetooth, and WeChat searches the Bluetooth debugging tool of the applet "Device Management Debugging Assistant").
The IOT intelligent parking lock can be equipped with its integrated Bluetooth remote control sensor, which can be used as a remote control. You can also set the remote control to the sensing mode. Just put it in the car, and the lock will automatically lower when your car arrives near the parking lock. When your car leaves the lock, the lock will automatically rise.
IOT intelligent parking lock is available for Bluetooth, RS485, dry contact control,etc.
The arm is composed of the special material mixed PA66^ grade nylon with steel fiber, which is dedicated to high-end product.( car bumper, etc.), with characters of excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance, toughness and mechanical strength, compression resistance, and of anti-corrosion, antioxidant, anti -deformation, etc. This special material avoids damage from vehicle hitting metal plate.
Advanced totally-enclosed design, adopts German UKS brand sealing ring and skeleton oil seal, IP 68 levels (Note: the highest level).It can run for a long time when totally soaked in water , which supports the third -party inspection.
The cabinet is composed of A35 high strength aluminum alloy material,which will never rust. The thinnest places of the cabinet are 5 mm and the thickest places are 1 cm. In the testing, the whole parking lock remained intact after rolled over by a 5-tons truck. The zinc-alloy die-casting connector between the arm and motor protects the products from damaging from high strength external force.
Auto-repositioning and auto-alarming function;the external force could not change the sway arm position when it is vertical;when the sway arm is forced to a horizontal position, it will reposition vertically.
The lead -acid battery has the characteristics of earthquake resistance, high temperature resistance, small volume, and good discharge performance. It can be recharged for 5,000 times. The most power -saving design mode, the motor current is 0.4A, which reaches the industry's highest standard,and the start current is 0.6A ~ 0.7A, and stand-by current is 0.8mA, which makes sure that the power in it will last for a year after full charged.
The internationalized design concept, the whole machine is assembled by spare parts from multiple independent mold, which ensures the product quality, showing very high standard of craftsmanship and design.
High -quality motor and oil ensures the normal work under harsh environment. It works completely normally from 60 degrees to minus 40 degrees.
IOT intelligent parking lock adopts anti -theft design.The anchor position to fix the parking lock is installed in the main case,only available to open by the key, to realize the anti -theft function.

How To Use
When there is no car in the parking space, the swing arm of parking lock should be in the highest position.
When there is a car in the parking space, the swing arm of parking lock should be in the lowest position.
If you need to add a remote controller, just unplug the power supply, wait for five seconds, and plug in the power supply, then the red light of the parking lock will be on. During the period when the red light is on, press and hold two keys of the remote controller at the same time, the red and green lights will flash with a prompt sound, and the remote controller can be used after the red light is off. If you need to add multiple remote controllers at the same time, just repeat the above actions during the period when the red light is on.
How to convert to the automatic induction mode: long press any key of the Bluetooth remote controller for over 10 seconds, during these 10 seconds the red indicator of the remote controller will quickly flash 3 times, keep pressing the key, and release only when the red indicator slowly flash 2 times, then the automatic induction model is successfully converted, the swing arm of the parking lock will automatically fall (under the automatic induction mode, when the induction remote controller is in the parking lock induction range, you can not control the parking lock by remote controller, it will work only then the remote controller is far away from the induction range).
How to convert to the manual remote control mode: long press any key of the Bluetooth remote controller for about 5 seconds, release immediately when the the red indicator of the remote controller quickly flash 3 times. At this time, the manual remote control mode is successfully converted, customers can open and close the parking lock by the the remote controller.
If the remote control distance is close (such as when the car is shielded from the wireless signal), you need to press the remote controller two more times or put the remote controller near the windshield of the car, or roll down the car window.
Customer can use WeChat Mini Program to control the opening and closing of the parking lock and to configure related parameters. The detailed operation steps are as follows:
Open WeChat -> Enter the permission setting of WeChat, allow the nearby device permission -> Find the Mini Program, as shown in Figure 1;
Open the cellphone Bluetooth -> Enter the Mini program, the program will search the nearby parking locks and display them one by one on the interface as shown in Figure 2;
Click the number of the parking lock you need to operate. If you operate this parking lock for the first time, you need to enter the password, as shown in Figure 3, the initial password for controlling is 123, the initial password for setting is 123456. After successful login with the password, the password will be remembered by default. Next time if you open the same parking lock with the same cellphone, you do not need to enter the password, and directly jump to the operation interface, as shown in Figure 4. At this time, you can click the picture of "red parking lock" in Figure 4 to control the opening and closing of the parking lock (the lock has been configured before the factory)
If you feel that the working status of the parking lock is not perfect enough, you can click the "Set" button(the one in the red circle of below picture) to configure the working parameters of the parking lock, as shown in Figure 5:
The factory initial password of the parking lock is 123, you can also modify the password according to your own needs, but please do remember the password after modification, otherwise it will not be able to communicate with the parking lock through Bluetooth.
"Induction threshold"(the one in the red circle of below picture) is used to configure the sensitivity of the geomagnetic sensor inside the parking lock (the smaller the value, the more sensitive, but over-sensitivity will cause misjudgment);
When the "Power Warning"(the one in the red circle of below picture) is set to the corresponding parameter, It will warm if the battery power is lower than this parameter (When connecting the external switch power supply, you do not need to set this parameter);
“Auto-closing Time”(the one in the red circle of below picture) is used to set the auto-closing time of the parking lock. The parking lock will auto close within the set time. If it is set to 0, the auto-closing function will be off.
"Vehicle Detection Time"(the one in the red circle of below picture): the vehicle is confirmed only when the car is detected continuously within the set time, for example, you configure the value to 60, meaning if the car is detected continuously in 60 seconds, the parking lock will confirm the vehicle presence, the parking lock will open;
"No Vehicle Detection Time"(the one in the red circle of below picture): no vehicle is confirmed only when no vehicle is detected continuously within the set time, for example, you configure the value to 6, meaning if there is no vehicle being detected continuously in 6 seconds, the parking lock will confirm there is no vehicle presence, the parking lock will go up;
"Read"(the one in the red circle of below picture) means to read the current parameters of the parking lock,
"Set" (the one in the red circle of below picture):after the parameter input, you need to click this button to confirm
Set Important TIPS:
"Reset Detection" (the one in the red circle of below picture) means that after the parking lock is installed, you must click "reset detection" to reset the geomagnetic sensor. (if the geomagnetic sensor is not selected and assembled, it is not necessary to reset).
Please check the red circle in the below picture, "UP" is used to adjust the angle of the swing arm, hold down this UP button, the swing arm will keep rising until you let go. When you reach an appropriate position, click "UP LIMIT" and the setting is finished; "DOWN" is used to adjust the angle of the swing arm, hold down this DOWN button, the swing arm will keep falling until you let go, When you reach an appropriate position, click "DOWN LIMIT" and the setting is finished. After the setting is successful, the swing arm of the parking lock will stop at the two angles you set when running.
Please check the red circle in the below picture, "4G ON" and "4G OFF" are used to set the 4G version of the parking lock, Bluetooth parking lock can not be set; "Bluetooth ON" and "Bluetooth OFF"(the ones in the red circle of below picture) are used to open and close the Bluetooth module, and Bluetooth communication will not be able to be carried out after it is turned off. "Sensor ON" and "Sensor OFF" are used to open and close the geomagnetic sensor of the parking lock. It will not detect the vehicles after closing the sensor (if the parking lock is with this sensor, just ignore this button); "Measurement ON" and "Measurement OFF" are used to detect the height of the vehicle chassis (if it is not selected, ignore it). When you want to fully close the sensor, you need to press “Sensor OFF” and “Measurement OFF” one by one; When you want to open the sensor, you need of press “Sensor ON” and “Measurement ON”. After setting, please press “Reset Detection” button above or restart the parking lock.
Please check the red circle in the below picture, "Charge" means that the parking lock is usually unlocked, when there are vehicles parked, the parking lock is locked, mostly used for flat lock, flap lock, etc.; "Occupying Space" means that the parking lock is usually locked, and when parking, only the personnel with unlocking authority can open the parking lock. (If the geomagnetic sensor is not assembled, you can ignore it); l. "Voice ON" and "Voice OFF" refer to the opening and closing of the parking lock buzzer; "LED ON" and "LED OFF" are the opening and closing of the parking lock running indicator light; "Voice Set" refers to the broadcast content configuration of parking lock (do not configure without the voice module device); "Clear Remote Code" means to empty the code of remote controllers in this parking lock, please use with caution; "RESTART" means to restart the parking lock.
Installation Instructions
The installation location should ensure that the vehicle can not touch the parking lock when entering or leaving the parking space. It is recommended to install it in the middle of the entrance or the middle of the parking space.
The installation site shall be a flat and dry cement floor outdoors, and shall not be close to interference sources (interference sources refer to the messy waves that can interfere with the reception of radio signals, such as the strong and weak electricity, network cables).
Installation method: drill three holes with a diameter of 10mm and a depth of 50mm on the ground according to the three installation holes on the anchor of the parking lock, place them at the pre-made hole position, and then fix them with the equipped expansion bolts. (As shown below)

Product Fault Handling
Investigate the failure of the parking lock through the remote control
Please check whether the remote control button work normally.
Please check whether the battery has enough power or not.If not enough please replace the“CR2032”model button battery.
Please check whether the storage battery needs to charge or not.
Please check whether your operation is correct or not(if you want to control the parking lock in car, you need to put the remote controller near the windscreen and press for 1 to 2 seconds).
Please check whether you have kept the remote controller away from the interference sources.(interference sources refer to those messy electrical waves that can weak current or the network cable.)
Please check whether the distance between the remote controller and parking lock is suitable or not.Please check whether it is the bad weather that makes the remote controlling distance get shorter.
