Failed to install .Net Framework due to certificate could not verified

While Proceed installation of .Net Framework version 4.7.2/ 4.8, error occurs as below:

Error Message: The timestamp signature and/or certificate could not be verified or is malformed.

This is due to Windows 7 (including SP1) did not ship with SHA2 Support.

Solution

To fix this, user need to Manually install SHA2 Support update for Win7, below Solution from Microsoft websites, or download from QNE KB google drive
