Setting Parameters 24V DC Barrier Gate

Entry mode setting

Before setting, we should use password to enter. Password: Press ”SETTING”, display shows “Cd0”;then press “OPEN”, “CLOSE”, and “STOP” key one by one, each key only press one time; After this, press “SETTING” key to enter into parameter setting.

Standard parameters setting (P01-P22)

P01 : Set boom type and length

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P01"

3. Press "setting" key to "b-x" ( "x" means boom type, =0: straight boom with rubber; =1: straight boom; =2:telescopic boom;=3: two-fence boom; =4: 3-fence boom; =5:advertising boom)

4. Press "open" or "close" key to choose right boom type(take telescopic arm as example “b-2”);

5. Press "setting" key, display will shows "2a.b" (a.b means boom length), press "open" or "close" to set right arm length(take 3.5 meters telescopic arm as example, we should set it to be “23.5”)

6. After setting, press "setting" key, display shows "P01"

7. Press "stop" key to exit and confirm all settings

P02 : Set open speed

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P02"

3. Press "setting" key, display shows "OPX" ( "x" means open speed value )

4. Press "open" or "close" key to choose "X" value (If ensure the value)

5. Press "setting" key to "P02"

6. Press "stop" key to exit (Pls refer to 3.5 of Equipment Debugging)

P03 : Set close speed

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P03"

3. Press "setting" key to "OPX" ( "x" means open speed value )

4. Press "open" or "close" key to choose "X" value (If ensure the value)

5. Press "setting" key to "P03"

6. Press "stop" key to exit (Pls refer to 3.6 of Equipment Debugging) Pls note, the speed should match the corresponding boom length range)

P04 : Set fully open boom position

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P04"

3. Press "setting" key to "XXX" (the value is corresponding with boom arm open position, it's relative, not absolute)

4. Press "open" or "close" key to adjust arm position (Press "open"/"close" key, arm will run toward open/close direction, encoder angle value also changes accordingly)

5. Press "setting" key to "P04"

6. Press "stop" key

7. Press "stop" and "open" key together to exit

P05 : Set fully close boom position

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P05"

3. Press "setting" key to "XXX" (the value is corresponding with boom arm open position, it's relative, not absolute)

4. Press "open" or "close" key to adjust arm position (Press "open"/"close" key, arm will run toward open/close direction, encoder angle value also changes accordingly)

5. Press "setting" key to "P05"

6. Press "stop" key

7. Press "stop" and "open" key together to exit

P09 : Set slow down parameter during open

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P09"

3. Press "setting" key for four times

4. Press "setting" key to "P09"

5. Press "stop" key to exit

P10 : Set slow down parameter during close

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P10"

3. Press "setting" key for four times

4. Press "setting" key to "P10"

5. Press "stop" key to exit

P18 : Set slow stable parameter during open

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P18"

3. Press "setting" key to "UXX" (XX means stable number,range:0-20)

4. Press "open" or "close" key to choose the number

5. Press "setting" key to "P18"

6. Press "stop" key to exit

P19 : Set slow stable parameter during close

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P19"

3. Press "setting" key to "UXX" (XX means stable number,range:0-20)

4. Press "open" or "close" key to choose the number

5. Press "setting" key to "P19"

6. Press "stop" key to exit

P20 : Set auto close time

1. Pls press "setting" key to "P00"

2. Press "open" or "close" key to "P20"

3. Press "setting" key to "0XX" (XX means the delay close time, range 0 -60s; default value:0)

4. Press "open" or "close" key to adjust the time

5. Press "setting" key to "P20"

6. Press "stop" key to exit

Press “STOP” + “ OPEN” key: Set open limited position by hands

Use handle to turn the motor till boom on right open position, press “STOP’ key, but not loosen, then press “OPEN” key together, display shows “U--”, loosen “OPEN” key and “STOP” key one by one. then we can hear about 1s buzzing noise, setting finished.(the setting is supplement way if auto set open limited position isn’t good.) 2.Press “STOP” +”CLOSE” key: Set close limited position Use handle to turn the motor till boom on right close position, press “STOP’ key, but not loosen, then press “CLOSE” key together, display shows “d----”, loosen “CLOSE” key and “STOP” key one by one. then hear about 1s buzzing noise, setting finished. Press “STOP” +”OPEN” + “CLOSE” key”: Auto set open and close limited position

Press “STOP” key, but don’t loosen, then press “OPEN” and “CLOSE” key together, display shows “Ud-”, then loosen “OPEN” and “CLOSE” key, then loose “STOP” key, then we can hear about 1s buzzing noise. Barrier start to auto set open and close position:

First :> barrier auto-set open limited position, display shows “0P-”, it means barrier is setting open limited position; Second :> barrier auto-set close limited position, display shows “CL-”, it means barrier is setting close limited position.

During the process, the only way to stop the barrier is to press “STOP” button.

Setting parameter when we change new function board

We must setting function board parameters if we change a broken board. Setting steps:

1. Press “SETTING” key and don’t loosen it;

2. Connect power till display “Cd0”

3. Input password: press “OPEN”, “CLOSE”, and “STOP” key one by one, each key only press one time, till display shows “Cd3”

4. Press “SETTING” key, display shows ”0--”.If barrier gate is left-hand version, press “SETTING” key directly to confirm; If barrier gate is right hand version, press ” OPEN” key, display shows”—0”, then press “SETTING” key to confirm;

5. Then display shows “b-x”, ”x” means boom type (=0: straight boom with rubber; =1:straight boom; =2:telescopic boom,;=3: two-fence boom; =4: 3-fence boom; =5:advertising boom), press “OPEN” or “CLOSE” key to choose boom type; After choosing the boom type, press ”SETTING” to confirm;

6. Then display shows “xa.b”, “x “means boom type, ”a.b “ means boom length (for example 23.0: 2 means telescopic boom; 3.0 means 3 meters boom), press “OPEN” or “CLOSE” key to choose boom length; After choosing the boom length, press ”SETTING” to confirm;

7. If display shows“F-0”,we should check barrier status: OPEN or CLOSE OPEN STATUS: press “Close” key and don’t loosen, if motor works. Then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “000”, then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically; if motor doesn’t work, then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “000”, we should press “OPEN” key one time, display shows”001”. Then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically. CLOSE STATUS: press ”OPEN” key, and don’t loosen, if motor works. Then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “000”, then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically; if motor doesn’t work, then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “000”, we should press “OPEN” key one time, display shows”001”. Then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically.

8. If display shows “F-1”, we should check barrier status: OPEN or CLOSE OPEN STATUS: press “Close” key and don’t loosen, if motor works. Then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “001”, then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically; if motor doesn’t work, then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “001”, we should press “CLOSE” key one time, display shows”000”. Then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically. CLOSE STATUS: press ”OPEN” key, and don’t loosen, if motor works. Then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “001”, then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically; if motor doesn’t work, then press ”SETTING” key, display shows “001”, we should press “CLOSE” key one time, display shows”000”. Then press ”SETTING” key, function board will run STEP 8 automatically.
